![]() ![]() The truth of it is that people avoid Red Bull because it has a bad rap and talk crap about it and belittle and talk down to the people who drink it because they don't understand what it is or that it's actually better for you than what they're probably drinking on a regular basis. And Arizona has double, almost triple the sugar. However, there are low-sugar varieties for people who do not want or cannot have excess sugar. It also has 27 grams of sugar, which can give an energy boost. In addition, there are several B vitamins to help provide you with energy and focus. But those products have more sugar in them than a 12 oz can of Red Bull. Red Bull is an energy drink that contains about 80 mg of caffeine in an 8.46-ounce can. We can't even guarantee what's in our tap water these days, especially here in Michigan, so sometimes a few extra energy drinks in the day compared to your usual might not be as murderous or damaging as people say.īasically, what I drink or put in my body is nobody's business and if I were drinking pure leaf tea or Arizona Arnold Palmer day in day out nobody would say anything because most people are comfortable with what they think they know about those products. And nobody tells them to limit it because of ingredients. People drink pop by the gallon on a daily basis. And that's a lot worse for your body than red ball-especially decaf. Most people who drink coffee don't just have one coffee a day. So sometimes if I have three Red Bulls in an 18-hour day, it's still not going to radicalize my body and organs as much as any of those other things that most people do on a daily basis. I definitely don't need someone on Reddit trying to parent my dietary needs but like the Op, I don't smoke or drink or do drugs or eat meat or even sit around eating an entire sheet cake and then afternoon or whatever. Oh my, I have never once heard that before.
